Sprung from very humble beginnings, Fire Fly Hobbies originally started specializing in RC aircraft, but soon evolved more into RC cars as our specialty, after Wouter started working for Fire Fly Hobbies in 2008.
Two years later in 2010 Wouter became the new proud owner of Fire Fly Hobbies, and through the years Fire Fly Hobbies has grown into a well known and established entity in the Hobby market of today.
Of course we could not have done it without the support and love we received from our awesome customers and friends, and customers who became friends.
Wouter has 25 years of experience in the Hobby industry, and was involved in RC Car Racing for many years. Even after so many years of RC Cars one would think that were over it by now, but once it is in your blood it will never get boring. Hence our phrase “ Control your passion”
We have also found a passion in the latest craze in RC cars, and of course that being “crawlers”
We have lots of different models available, and accessories galore!
Even though RC Cars will always be our biggest passion, we have also expanded into Plastic Models, Scalextric, Trains etc. We also stock Modeling products such as tools, finishing products, paints and lots more.
